This drink is utilized as an amazing post workout drink. If you do drink this blend before your workout make sure to take out the banana because it will spike your insulin levels and make you sluggish. It is action packed and filled with quite a bit of protein to help meet your daily intake. Protein intake should be about 1g per pound of body weight. Not only is this packed with protein but it is also filled with the perfect supplements for quicker athletic recovery. Enjoy the recipe I know I do.

12oz Soy Milk
1 TBSP Almond Butter 8g Protein per tablespoon
3g Arginine
3g Lysine
5g Creatine
4g Glutamine
44g Protein
Total Protein=52g
